# Billing

> Payment, invoices and cancellation.

Billing is monthly, in **SAR**, and handled by
[Moyasar](https://moyasar.com) — mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

## The card

Card details are entered on Moyasar's own form and tokenised in your browser.
**Nushir never receives or stores your card number**, and the security code is
never stored by anyone.

What is kept is what is needed to show you which card is on file: brand, last
four digits and expiry.

## The trial

Seven days. The card is authorised at signup but not charged; the first charge
is at the end of the trial. Cancel before then and nothing is taken.

## Invoices

Available from billing settings. They carry the legal entity and, where
applicable, VAT.

## Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Nushir retries over several days and emails you. The account
keeps working during that window. Publishing is suspended only after the retries
are exhausted — data is not deleted.

## Cancelling

Cancel from billing settings. The account stays active until the end of the
period you have paid for; there is no partial refund for the remainder.

Channels and posts survive cancellation. Publishing stops.
