# Sharing a post for approval

> Send a preview link and collect comments before anything publishes.

Useful when a client signs off before publication.

## How it works

Open a post and share its preview link. The recipient sees the post as it will
appear, per channel, and can comment. They do not need a Nushir account and
cannot see the rest of your calendar.

## What the link exposes

Only that post: its content, media and target channels. Not your other posts,
not your channel list, not your account.

## Approval is not a gate

<Warning>
  A shared post still publishes at its scheduled time whether or not anyone has
  approved it. The link collects feedback; it does not hold the post.

  If sign-off is genuinely required, keep the post as a **draft** and schedule it
  once approved.
