# Team members

> Invite people and set what they can do.

Settings → team. Invite by email; the invitation is per organisation.

## Roles

| Role | Can do |
| - | - |
| **Super admin** | Everything, including billing and deleting the organisation. |
| **Admin** | Everything except billing. |
| **User** | Create and schedule posts. No channel connection, no settings, no billing. |

How many seats you get depends on your [plan](/cloud/plans).

## What team members share

Everyone in an organisation shares the same channels, calendar and media
library. There is no per-member private calendar.

Client groups partition the *view*, not access — a user filtered to one client
can still switch the filter.

  Removing a member revokes their access immediately. Posts they created stay, and
  anything they scheduled still publishes.
