Downgrading below your current channel count does not delete anything
automatically:
Channels over the new limit stay connected but publishing to them is
blocked until you choose which to remove. Nushir never picks which of your
channels to disconnect — that decision is yours.
Queued posts to over-limit channels stay queued and resume publishing if the
channel comes back under the limit — by removing others, or by upgrading again.
