A plug watches a published post and acts when it crosses a threshold.

What they do

Auto-repost — publish the post again after it passes a threshold, to reach people who missed it. Auto-comment — add a prepared comment once a post performs. Often used to put the link in a comment rather than the post body, where a platform penalises outbound links.

Setting one up

Plugs in the sidebar, choose the channel, set the threshold and the action. Plugs are per channel, so a rule for one account does not silently apply to another.

Worth knowing

Thresholds depend on the platform reporting the metric. On a platform that reports nothing, a plug will never fire — see analytics for which platforms report what.
Reposting the same content repeatedly is treated as spam on several platforms. Auto-repost is safest used sparingly and on platforms where reposting is normal.
