Each channel carries a list of times it normally posts. They are used for two things:
  1. Find a slot returns the next free one.
  2. The calendar suggests them when you click an empty area.
They are suggestions, not restrictions — you can always schedule a post at any time you like.

Setting them

Channel menu → Preview, then edit the times. They repeat weekly.

Why “free” matters

A slot is free if nothing is already scheduled for that channel at that time. Asking for the next free slot repeatedly gives you a spread-out queue rather than five posts stacked on one morning. The API exposes the same logic:
Times are stored and returned in UTC. A slot shown as 09:00 in a UTC+3 account is 06:00:00Z over the API.
