Wrong password — or is it?

A failed sign-in with the right password usually means the account was created with a different method. An account registered through Google sign-in has no password to type; use the same button you registered with. Where email confirmation is enabled, the activation link is single-use and expires. An expired link fails quietly — request a fresh one from the sign-in page rather than retrying the old email.

Sessions

Signing in issues a session cookie scoped to platform.nushir.com. Browser extensions that strip cookies, and privacy modes that block them, produce the classic symptom: a successful sign-in that immediately bounces back to the login page. Allow cookies for the domain and sign in again.

Password resets

Forgot? on the sign-in page sends a reset link. Resetting invalidates existing sessions on other devices.
