Register a URL and Nushir calls it when a post publishes, so another system can react — log it, notify a channel, kick off a report.

Setting one up

Settings → webhooks. Give a URL and choose the channels it covers.

Receiving

Nushir sends a POST with a JSON body identifying the post, the channel and the result. Two things every receiver should do:
  1. Return quickly. Acknowledge, then do the work asynchronously. A slow endpoint looks like a failure and will be retried.
  2. Be idempotent. A retry can deliver the same event twice. Key on the post id so a duplicate delivery does not double-apply.

Not to be confused with

These are Nushir’s outbound notifications. Inbound webhooks from a platform (a TikTok or Meta callback) are part of connecting a channel and are handled internally.
